This talk will present case studies of complaints posted to public repositories, such as PubPeer. The main focus will be on complaints that do not appear to be unfounded while presenting other concerns, for example, related to the volume of papers and the potential of targeting individual authors. Current reporting policies and workflows will be reviewed and discussed.
